We are Polygran
Over the years, our corporate values have evolved from our way of working. That brings us together as individual people: We have things in common that make us stronger. We are particularly proud of this. We cultivate our values, collect stories about them and are able to inspire new colleagues with them.
Polygran was founded in 2012. A one-man show became a company with many bright minds. Even 8 years ago, one approach to our current vision existed: to help companies evolve digitally and discover new opportunities. We are still pursuing this vision today. But the team is getting better and faster.
Some of Polygran’s current employees have been with the company from the beginning, while others have recently joined. Some work in the Ulm office, others in the Bulgarian office in Sofia. Some work in a home office, others directly at the customer’s site. Some of us know how a migration works, others know how such articles are written (Or not?). But what makes us different from each other also brings us together. We are interested in each other’s work, learn from each other, become better together.
We are a colorful bunch of individualists
It is important to us to always be up to date. That’s why we constantly question the rules and sometimes throw useless things overboard to replace them with revolutionary discoveries. With us, nothing is set in stone. What was “wow” last week may be old news this week. Our motley crew of individualists is characterized by the fact that we are constantly reinventing ourselves and the cards are regularly reshuffled – so we remain forward-looking in what we do.
Because we are spread across different countries, cities and locations, we work digitally, collaboratively and online with each other. We use agile tools that we support, not just because we want to have them on it ourselves, but because they are just great. For example, we use Jira and Confluence every day to work in a networked, organized and flexible way.
Our values

Our values form the foundation of our cooperation. They are the principles we follow every day and guide us in all our actions.
- Everyone counts means to us that every idea, every opinion and every talent moves us forward. That’s why we decide basic things together. With us, every opinion is sought after, that of the supervisor as well as that of a teammate. We want to practice making decisions in a participatory manner whenever possible and move our company forward with everyone’s input. Without respect, appreciation and openness nothing works!
- With us, moreover, everyone decides for themselves which role to play. We really appreciate it when new ideas are brought to the team, when new things are tried out together again and again, so that we move in the right direction as a team. Courage is rewarded! Let’s go! Go for it!
- With our corporate value technology-driven we want to express that technology has a firm place in our minds and hearts and that we always want to be up to date in this matter. No trend passes us by without leaving a trace. We are proud of our culture of innovation.
- Our passion to help – another corporate value – is not only appreciated by our customer. We also live it in the team. Because support should be more than a service for us, it is our lifestyle! So we help where we can. We are strong because everyone pitches in.
- And because tomorrow is soon yesterday, we work quickly and purposefully. We rely on agility and our corporate value almost forward flexible to develop the best ideas and relevant solutions.
