The first step is to determine the exact need and the concrete problem as well as to record the current state. Based on this, a business case is created by Polygran. This contains the definition of the use case and shows how sales can be increased or costs reduced. This can be achieved, for example, by streamlining and increasing efficiency. This phase also includes future project planning, which defines the scope and establishes the technical, organizational and business framework.

2. BASIC CONCEPT & DEMO

In the basic concept, Polygran develops a proposed solution. The developed solution is a comprehensive proposal consisting of several components, presented both textually and graphically. In this step, it is especially important to create a common understanding of the solution. In correction cycles, the concept is refined and sharpened until the target concept is achieved.

3. HANDOVER FOR TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION

After the concept is finalized, a roadmap is created that includes all the important milestones. Once the concept is complete, the project is handed over to operations and thus to the Polygran project manager to be implemented by engineering.
